Mr. Matthew Brady

Mr. Brady is from Sykesville, MD.  He moved to Salisbury in 2001 to attend Salisbury University to become an educator.  He earned a degree in Physical Education and Health and later attended Grand Canyon University, where he earned his Masters in Educational Leadership.  He currently has 19 combined years in Maryland and Delaware Public education.  

Mr. Brady has two daughters who both love the outdoors and cooking.  He often spends time playing sports, fishing, and traveling with his family. 

Mr. Beale Assistant Principal

Mr. Michael Beale

Mr. Beale is from Baltimore, MD. Mr. Beale obtained his B.S. in teaching from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland. He then attended Wilmington University, where he received two Master’s degrees, one in School Leadership and the other in Applied Technology in Education. Mr. Beale has over 27 years of educational experience in Wicomico County Public Schools. He was a Dean of Students at Choices Academy in 2015. He became the Vice-Principal there the following year. Mr. Beale is still serving as Vice-Principal of Choices Academy.

 

Mr. Beale is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He and his fraternity brothers run the Kappa League Summer Basketball League. The Kappa League has earned two citations from the state of Maryland and one citation from Wicomico County. This league is the longest-running summer basketball league in the state of Maryland, going on thirty years. Mr. Beale is also a board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Eastern Shore. He enjoys reading comics, spending time with family, volunteering in the community, and watching his daughter play her sports. He is a season ticket holder for the Baltimore Ravens. Mr. Beale lives in Salisbury with his daughter.

Leslie Tolley is an experienced educator with 25 years in the field of education. Throughout her career, she has accumulated extensive administrative and teaching experience across elementary, middle, and high school levels. For the past six years, Leslie has been a valued member of Wicomico County Public Schools, with her most recent position at Parkside High School. Her diverse background and dedication to education have significantly contributed to the development and success of her students and schools.
